Rolfe is a Senior Retrofit Consultant at LivGreen, a specialist decarbonisation contractor for social and private landlords. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality design and manufacturing industry where Rolfe shaped and delivered carbon reduction strategies on an international level. Rolfe is passionate about helping landlords achieve energy efficiency and net zero carbon emissions across their housing portfolio, delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions and bring long term strategic thinking down to short terms plans to deliver key client objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kate Watson is a Principal Consultant within Turner & Townsend’s Sustainability Advisory team and is a retrofit specialist in the domestic housing sector. Kate is the Technical Support Lead for RISE service, managing a team of specialist consultants providing support to Housing Associations, Local Authorities and the supply chain on their retrofit journey. She has over 20 years’ experience of delivering programmes and projects in the construction sector, fourteen in domestic retrofit at scale within local authority and housing provider settings. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

John Wootton is an experienced housing professional with over 23 years in the social housing sector, specialising in maintaining and retrofitting existing homes. As Investment Delivery Manager at Bromford, he leads the SHDF retrofit programme, managing £9M of improvements under Wave 2.1 and shaping the approach for Wave 3. He plays a key role in delivering Bromford’s energy efficiency strategy, which aims for all homes to achieve a minimum SAP C rating by 2028, contributing to the organisation’s broader decarbonisation goals. Passionate about sustainable housing, he is committed to improving homes for customers while driving forward Bromford’s net-zero ambitions  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thomas Barlow is an Investment Surveyor at Bromford Housing Association, with over five years of experience in the construction sector. After four years in the investment delivery team, Thomas transitioned to the retrofit delivery team, bringing modern strategies and a fresh perspective. As a surveyor and contract manager for the SHDF (Sustainable Homes Delivery Fund) project, he applies his building surveying background to take a holistic approach to retrofit delivery. With a focus on continuous improvement, Thomas is dedicated to refining the process for Wave 3 while ensuring customer-focused delivery. Passionate about future-thinking, he is committed to driving the delivery of carbon-neutral homes and shaping a sustainable future for Bromford’s customer
