Key Skills / Responsibilities: 

- Collating and posting supplier invoices 

- Preparing and sending supplier remittance advice 

- Taking calls and fielding queries from suppliers 

- Supporting the raising of client invoices 

- Preparing and sending client account statements 

- Communicating with clients about invoice payments. 

- Supporting the preparation of reporting to external stakeholders such as the Office for National Statistics

 

Key requirements: 

- Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience is an advantage, but not essential 

- Computer literacy 

- Excellent communication skills, on the telephone and in writing 

- Attention to detail, self-starter & great team player 

- Be able to work on-site 

- Experience working in NetSuite or a similar business package 

- Advanced Excel/database skills

As a Project Manager at LivGreen, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects within our ECO framework, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards. You will lead and oversee project execution, managing client, contractor, and partner relationships to drive successful outcomes. 

Your role will involve strategic oversight of project compliance, ensuring all documentation and evidence meet required standards while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. You will review product specifications and construction details, coordinating resources effectively to ensure smooth project progression. 

 

Additionally, you will play a key role in customer engagement, ensuring homeowners and landlords receive a seamless experience. Your ability to problem-solve, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive operational efficiency will be essential in delivering high-quality retrofit solutions while upholding LivGreen’s reputation for excellence. 

 

Requirements  

- Experience of project management in the construction industry, ideally within retrofit but this isn’t essential. 

- You will need to be motivated and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills, comfortable with multi-tasking. 

- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and co-ordinate that of others to meet deadlines. 

- You will have excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal analytical and presentational skills. 

- Ability to influence and manage people. 

- Assist decision-making and take projects in an appropriate direction in terms of scale, costs, other priorities etc. 

- Can critically reflect on projects and participate openly and honestly in project debriefs and take on board constructive criticism from colleagues.

As a Retrofit Coordinator at LivGreen, you’ll play a vital role in the delivery of our retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. You will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and overall quality assurance of retrofit measures from assessment through to installation and evaluation. 

 

You’ll act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the retrofit process, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuity across each stage. This role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the PAS 2035 framework and TrustMark requirements. 

 

Requirements 

- Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management) 

-Understanding of PAS 2035 standards, TrustMark, and ECO frameworks 

- Previous experience in the retrofit, construction, or energy efficiency sector 

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail 

- Confident communicator, capable of liaising across technical and non-technical teams 

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple projects 

- A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
