Once the work has been completed, our assessors will provide regular performance and housing maintenance reviews.  Our team uses innovative technology to measure the energy efficiency of each home and educate tenants on their energy and cost-saving benefits.

A dedicated team responsible for managing all assessments, supporting the Project Managers. This office-based team ensures a seamless execution of project from start to finish.

Retrofit Designer

Following the energy assessment results collected by our in-house surveyors, our design team will design energy-efficient improvements to each dwelling. 

Retrofit Coordinator

Oversees processes aligned with project-related requirements introduced by the PAS 2025 framework. 

Site Manager

Our site managers are responsible for overseeing the health and safety of the site, as well as monitoring its day-to-day progress.
