Rolfe, a Senior Retrofit Consultant at LivGreen, has over 10 years of experience in carbon reduction strategies and is dedicated to helping landlords achieve energy efficiency and net zero emissions with effective solutions.

 

 

 

 

Rory Hughes is a Policy Officer at the National Housing Federation who specialises in home retrofit and heat decarbonisation. 

 Rory will discuss the experience of housing associations with the SHDF to date, the future of the fund and what other policy change is needed to ensure housing associations can continue to be at the forefront of tackling the climate crisis. 

Kate is a Principal Consultant at Turner & Townsend, leading teams that provide tailored advice and data analysis to support local authorities and housing providers in achieving EPC C targets and net zero goals. With 15 years of experience, she has managed government-funded retrofit schemes across various housing tenures.

Anees, a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with over 25 years of experience, leads significant funding initiatives for energy efficiency and housing projects in Greater Manchester and is involved in negotiating funding inclusion in a devolution deal.
