Mobilisation & Set Up 

Before contract signature, we held a joint mobilisation workshop with Bromford’s Programme Manager and Head of Investment. Together, we created a contract specific delivery plan aligning both organisations priorities. ​

This proactive collaboration shortened the mobilisation period by over three weeks, enabled assessments to begin within two weeks of contract signature, and ensured the first installations were live within a month.

Added Value

Building on the successful completion of 25 homes under SHDF Wave 2.1, we worked closely with Bromford’s Investment and Sustainability Teams to develop an evidence led WH:SHF Wave 3funding submission. Our in house PAS2035 specialists supported every stage, successfully securing an additional£6.94M of WH:SHF Wave 3 funding.
