Member Services Director 

Hamza Saif-Ullah is a Retrofit Consultant at LivGreen, a specialist retrofit contractor experienced in delivering large scale schemes for social housing landlords. Since joining the company in August 2022, he has had a strong focus on supporting clients in the successful delivery of SHDF Wave 1, Hamza’s expertise extends to supporting client bid applications for SHDF Wave 2.1, 2.2, and now WH:SHF Wave 3 funding. He is dedicated to helping social housing landlords achieve energy efficiency and net zero goals through strategic and effective retrofit solutions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kate is a Principal Consultant in the Sustainability Team at Turner & Townsend. Kate is a workstream lead on the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero funded Technical Assistance Facility (RISE), heading up a team of technical consultants who provide 1:1 bespoke advice to local authorities and housing providers keen to benefit from government funding to support their compliance with EPC C targets and net zero ambitions. Kate also leads our Social Housing ESG team who have provided baselining and year on year data analysis to support improvements against targets. Kate has 15 years’ experience in the retrofit at scale sector, having previously delivered government funded retrofit schemes for local authorities and social housing providers, across all three tenures

 

 

 

 

Stephen is an experienced Member Services Director, having worked within the Social Housing and Public Sector's for over 15 years.  

 As well as leading the Member Services Team, Stephen is also involved with various Best Practice working groups focused on Building Safety and Customer Engagement. Stephen is passionate about ensuring that CHIC's members receive professional advice and support, to help deliver their asset management programmes efficiently.
