Bringing the LivGreen Team Together: Staff Day at Tortworth Court
On Tuesday 21st April, the LivGreen team came together for our much-anticipated annual Staff Day, held in the stunning surroundings of De Vere Tortworth Court. With colleagues travelling from across the country, from our southern offices all the way up to Scotland, the day was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the people who make LivGreen what it is.
The focus of this year’s event was simple but important: bringing our team together. In a business that spans multiple locations, days like these are invaluable. They give us the chance to step away from our day-to-day responsibilities and spend quality time with colleagues in a different setting.
A highlight of the day was the interactive team-building activity, organised by AFC Events. Designed to be both fun and engaging, the session encouraged collaboration, creativity, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. The energy in the room was infectious, with plenty of laughter and memorable moments throughout.
The day provided a valuable opportunity to share insights and ideas on how we can continue to improve our services for our customers. Open discussions and collaboration across teams sparked fresh thinking, with colleagues exchanging perspectives and identifying new ways to enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of what we deliver.
Of course, the beautiful setting of Tortworth Court added to the experience. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for a day focused on collaboration and team spirit, allowing everyone to unwind and fully enjoy the occasion.
